Camp Lionheart is a free, week long, overnight grief camp for children and teens who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling or primary caregiver. Camp is a place of hope and healing where kids and teens come together to grow, connect, find support and have fun!
Camp is Sunday through Saturday, and is run at Camp OtyOkwa in the Hocking Hills of Ohio. Spots are limited at camp and applications are processed on a first come first served basis.
Camp Lionheart is full of regular summer camp activities such as swimming, hiking, games and crafts, while incorporating structured grief and trauma-informed group counseling sessions with trained, licensed professionals.
